Leadership and organization,
thought as one.
Leadership and organization, thought as one.
Where I can support you
-
When strategy, growth, or new market conditions call for realigning your organization, I support senior management and leadership teams from analysis through concept to implementation. This covers reorganizations, merging departments, new roles and responsibilities, and rethinking how collaboration should work going forward.
Every organization is different. That's why I start with a thorough analysis at every level, and use it as the basis for developing a tailored approach with you. One that fits your situation, your goals, and your company.
So your organization is set up to be stable and self-sufficient after the change.
-
Change only succeeds when leadership works. I help executive teams build a modern approach: a shared understanding of leadership, a clear distribution of roles and responsibilities, effective collaboration, and communication that provides direction and genuinely involves employees.
Topics like psychological safety, decision-making capability, and the role of leadership in change processes are often central to this work.
It's not just about how individual leaders behave. It's about the leadership team functioning as a whole. So it sends clear signals and provides a sense of security, even when a lot of things are in flux.
-
In many organizations, change doesn't fail because of the strategy. It fails because of unclear responsibilities, decision-making processes that are too slow, or structures that work against the company instead of for it. In this context, the use of AI raises further questions around decision logic and collaboration, initially adding complexity rather than reducing it.
I help organizations design roles, decision-making processes, and governance structures so they support leadership and transformation instead of holding them back.
The key questions are: Who decides what? Who steps in, and when? How is responsibility delegated? And which governance logic fits the culture and goals of the organization?
-
Resistance during change almost always comes from a lack of clarity. Employees who don't understand where things are headed won't support the change – no matter how well it's designed. I help leaders create clarity, provide direction, and involve employees in a way that moves them from simply accepting change to genuinely supporting it.
This includes developing communication strategies and concrete formats, as well as strengthening day-to-day leadership communication.
Because in change processes, it's communication that often determines success or failure.
How we can work together
Project Support
I work with you on a defined project, from analysis through to implementation. With clear goals and an approach that fits your organization and situation. I don't just accompany the concept. I stay by your side through implementation, too.
Sparring
Regular sparring for senior management or leaders – on equal footing, without a large project setup. For strategic, organizational, and leadership questions whenever they come up.
Interim Mandates
On request, I take on direct responsibility within your organization in a fractional or interim role – for a defined period, with a clear scope, and the goal of leaving the organization set up to operate stably and independently.
The interplay of organization, governance, and leadership
Effective change never happens in a silo or through isolated measures. I've seen and learned this time and again in my many years of practice.
But when the triad of organizational structure, governance, and leadership comes together, something happens: the organization becomes truly capable of action. And economically successful.
01
Organizational Structure
Who does what. How the organization is structured. And which processes, resources, and incentives drive behavior. This is always where I look first – because it often already reveals what's not working.
What's formally defined?
02
Governance & Decision Logic
Who decides what. When someone steps in. And how responsibility is delegated and performance is measured. Many apparent leadership problems are actually governance problems.
How are decisions made and steered?
03
Leadership & Collaboration
How leaders lead. How the team collaborates. And how mindset and communication actually play out in the day-to-day. This is the level you won't find on paper – but you'll feel it immediately.
How do people actually act?
For change that truly lands andactually moves things forward.
Whether you realize that your organization needs to change, or you're already in the middle of a change process: let's talk..
