What drives me
It's always that same moment: a company senses that something needs to change. Because it's growing fast, a reorganization is coming, or two worlds need to grow together after an acquisition.
Or simply because something isn't working in the day-to-day – whether at the leadership level, in collaboration, or in the company culture.

The smartest strategy is only the beginning.
This situation is familiar to me from two perspectives: from internal leadership roles, and as an external advisor guiding organizations through change.
Early in my career in the agency world, I learned that the best idea or the smartest strategy is only the beginning. What actually determines a project's success lies elsewhere: how the organization is structurally set up.
Who decides what? Who's on board – and who isn't? How is responsibility distributed? What conditions shape collaboration? These are the questions that have stayed with me ever since.

Two perspectives
that belong together.
I know organizations from the inside and the outside. I know what it feels like to be stuck inside the system: with all the pressure, all the blind spots, and all the political realities. And I bring a fresh outside perspective that insiders simply can't have. Together, that’s what makes the difference.
For more than ten years, I held leadership roles at digital agencies, most recently at board level – in an environment under constant pressure to change. I introduced new ways of working back when New Work and design thinking were still in their infancy.
I've broken down silos, redesigned collaboration, and changed structures. In the process, I learned how hard it is to move a system without throwing it off balance. How much patience that takes. And how much courage.
At the same time, as an external advisor, I've guided companies of every size and industry through growth, reorganization, and transformation – from startups to established mid-sized firms to DAX-listed corporations.
The constellations were always different, the needs always specific. But my conclusion stayed the same: change only succeeds when the structure is right, and when people aren't just brought along, but can actively help shape it.
What I believe
I am convinced that a people-centered workplace and business success aren't at odds.
Companies where people enjoy working, where leadership provides direction, and where responsibility is clear are more capable, more adaptive, and more resilient in the long run.
This conviction is what carries my work. And it's the reason I do what I do
For change that truly lands and actually moves things forward.
Whether you realize that your organization needs to change, or you're already in the middle of a change process: let's talk.
